Accessibility

Our front desk can be reached by phone (from 1 June 2024) and by mail from 7am to 10pm.

Parking is available in the car park of Sportpark 't Schenge. From the car park, you can see the hotel across the road just a few minutes' walk away.

During the week, we are easy to reach by public transport: from Goes Station, take bus 582 to Oud Sabbinge, get off at Ringbaan West stop and walk 300 metres to the hotel.

On weekends there is no bus service, there are several taxi companies you can contact to be brought to the hotel.

The regular check-in time is from 15:00. Do you wish to use the room earlier? Consult whether an early check-in (+15 euro) is possible on your arrival day.

The regular check-out time is no later than 11:00. Do you wish to use the room for longer? Then book already a lazy day (+ €15) with your reservation and use the room until 13:00.

To book a hotel room, you must be at least 18 years of age or older.

No, Waterstate Wellness Hotel Goes does not welcome pets. Do you have a service dog? It is of course welcome, but we would like to hear this when you book.

When you have a non-refundable booking, it means you have booked a cheaper fare that can no longer be cancelled free of charge.

  • The regular rate cancellable up to 24 hours before arrival will be charged 24 hours before arrival.
  • Non-refundable fare is not cancellable without charge.
  • Flexible rate is cancellable until 12:00 noon on the day of arrival.
  • Packages can be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours before arrival. If you cancel after that time, 100% of the reservation will still be charged.

Yes, Waterstate Wellness Hotel is accessible to people in wheelchairs. Although the hotel is not fully equipped for wheelchair users, we meet the necessary accessibility requirements. For specific questions or to pass on special requests, you can always contact us.

Wednesday 10:30 - 22:30 hours
Thursday 10:30 - 22:30 hours
Friday 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 p.m.
Saturday 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 p.m.
Sunday 10:30 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.

No swimwear is worn in the wellness area. Only on the weekly swimwear may day is this permitted. However, we recommend not wearing swimwear for reasons of hygiene and the quality of the sauna benches.

No, this is not allowed, a bottle of water is of course allowed. In the lounge you can relax with a snack or drink and in the restaurant you can enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner.

Food & drink

The breakfast buffet is served on weekdays from 7:00 - 10:00 and on weekend days from 8:00 - 10:30. Do you have to leave early for work, for example, and want an earlier breakfast? Ask our front desk about the possibilities.

Brasserie Westerkade's opening hours are:

Monday and Tuesday: 07.00-10.00

Wednesday to Friday: 07.00-22.00

Saturday and Sunday: 08.00-22.00

Vouchers

You can do so at Waterstate Wellness Hotel Goes. Have you received a voucher from Vitae Roosendaal? Then of course you can only redeem it at the wellness area.

Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Currently, it is still necessary to make a reservation by phone if you have a voucher.

The validity date of your voucher is written on the voucher itself. It is not possible to return the voucher after this date.
